Over the past several years, I have found that while the right skills can help enormously with transforming anxiety, sometmes they are simply not enough.

Anxiety can impact every area of your life and multiple areas of your life can create anxiety or make it worse. The effectiveness of any tool or technique will be limited if the underlying issues are not addressed.

I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, with and without a diagnosis. Anxiety coaching can help you:

  • identify the areas of your life that contribute to or are impacted by anxiety
  • build skills to interrupt and rewire your habitual responses
  • develop greater self-compassion and sense of self-worth
  • apply these new skills and perspectives in targeted ways to the identified areas

Whatever your goals, coaching is client-driven. You set the agenda, goals, timing, and pace. I provide compassionate coaching support and accountability to help you achieve deep and lasting change.

I have found that a loud inner critic, a lack of self-compassion, and a need to be perfect often go hand-in-hand with anxiety.  Understanding the neurobiology of change and self-compassion are part of the anxiety coaching process. Skills and techniques to address these issues can be integrated as much or as little as you like.
