Consulting / Training
For those in the health and human service fields, stress and challenge often go along with the job. Burnout and “compassion fatigue” can affect our ability to stay present with clients and patients and can negatively impact our relationships outside of work. Unfortunately these are all too common and can result in irritability, angry outbursts, poor sleep, intolerance of others, low mood, consuming too much caffeine or alcohol, increased rates of absence, and a variety of stress-related ailments.
I offer skills-training and coaching to individuals and organizations in the helping professions to build emotional resilience and learn new ways to think, react, and work in high-stress situations.
