Brain-focused skills to transform anxiety and emotional reactivity

Currently accepting new clients

You will learn...

Week 1 – Brain and nervous system basics
Why your brain and nervous system respond the way they do. Learning the first skill and effective practice strategies.

Week 2 – Neuroplasticity
Why change is so hard and how to use practical brain science to make it easier. Additional skills and learning to use the HRV sensor.

Week 3 - Hacking your neurochemistry
Why we go down the what-if-scenario rabbit hole and how to stop it and get back out. Learning how to shift your brain chemistry on demand. Applying the skills to specific areas of your life.

Week 4 - Your brain’s default network
Additional techniques to overcome your brain's negativity bias and reduce self-criticism. Create an action plan to implement going forward.

How it works...

Over the 4 weeks you will build a flexible toolkit that works with your nervous system. The tools and skills build on each other. The program provides support, accountability, and inspiration as you practice the skills and build awareness of your nervous system states.

You will also learn to use the HRV sensor so that you can get immediate feedback about how your nervous system responds, moment by moment.

Each week you will take concrete steps to apply what you learn to the areas of your life that need it most. You will come away with an action plan to keep the transformation going once the program ends.

The goal of the program is to empower you to "get your hands on the controls" of your nervous system responses without analyzing where the anxiety comes from.

What you get...

  • Heart rate variability (HRV) sensor for iPhone or Android
  • Video recordings of each session
  • PDFs handouts of key points, exercise instructions, tracking sheets, and worksheets
  • The nervous system technologies and practices to best support your nervous system

What people are saying...

"Judy is an expert on the nervous system and has taught me skills to regulate my responses to difficult or stressful situations. I was surprised that I noticed major shifts after just a few sessions. Because I now understand what is happening physiologically when I feel "activated," I can offer myself more compassion and then apply the easy-to-use tools I learned. This works!"

Amanda Mittman, Nutritionist

"In a short period of time, my work with Judy dissolved patterns and beliefs that were holding me back - many of which I was unaware of. Because the tools seemed so simple, I was skeptical the shifts I was experiencing would last. Not only have they lasted, but I have the tools to use anytime. Truly life-changing!"

Cecile Lackie, Accountant

Working with Judy is like having a personal trainer for my nervous system!

Julia A., Student

"Judy's work is pure brilliance, with a good dose of gentleness, too. I am a big fan of the powerful methods she uses for anxiety relief, happiness, and trauma recovery. She is an anxiety and wellness genius!"

Val Nelson, Business Coach

"I refer many of my patients to Judy at some point. She has a unique gift for meeting people where they are, finding the core issues that are constraining them, and coming up with tools and strategies that are both simple and profoundly effective in helping them transform their lives."

Anne Vaillant - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

I am an Integrative Wellness Coach, Educator, and Trainer, not a psychotherapist. The tools and approaches I use are intended to help clients learn skills to manage their nervous systems and to support them in behavior change. Skill-building and coaching support can be an effective adjunct to other forms of treatment, but they are not a substitute for appropriate medical or mental health care.
