Over the 4 weeks you will build a flexible toolkit that works with your nervous system. The tools and skills build on each other. The group provides support, accountability, and inspiration as you practice the skills and build awareness of your nervous system states.
Each week you will take concrete steps to apply what you learn to the areas of your life that need it most. You will come away with an action plan to keep the transformation going once the boot camp ends.

Judy Grupenhoff is an Integrative Mental Wellness Coach and Educator, not a psychotherapist. The tools and approaches I use are intended to help clients learn skills to manage their nervous systems and to support them in behavior change. Skill-building and coaching support can be an effective adjunct to other forms of treatment, but they are not a substitute for appropriate medical or mental health care.
